Preston Lindsay Ph.D., serves as a Principal Consultant at Integrated Diversity (iD). Independently, He is also President & Chief Executive Officer of The Lindsay Group Co. Preston’s mission is to deliver the best client results in the organizational development consulting industry. He identifies business opportunities and converts them into projects.
With more than 10 years of executive leadership in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, Dr. Lindsay is an American organizational psychologist who specializes in multicultural and antiracist organizational development and change management. As a principal consultant, Dr. Lindsay specializes in facilitating radical organizational transformation involving anti-oppressive issue-based strategic planning, organizational process and performance improvement, multicultural anti-racist visioning for diversity and inclusion, and facilitating anti-racist reflexive dialogic experiences across multiracial groups.
Committed to the professional development of emerging industrial organizational psychologists and organizational development practitioners, Dr. Lindsay serves as an adjunct professor of organizational psychology and is on faculty at several other institutions where his pedagogy takes an anti-oppressive and ontological philosophical approach, rooted in the intellectual tradition of piedia.
His research evolves from his doctoral work which centers on organizational trauma and its relationship to human behavior and systems in the workplace. Dr. Lindsay’s research and scholarship takes a phenomenological and constructivist approach to deepen understanding of organizational trauma and its impact on worker-behavior and organizational systems and performance.
Passionate about social justice and advocating for underserved and historically marginalized communities, he offers his organizational development expertise by chairing several boards of community-based, social justice organizations.
