Wilmon A. Christian III, Ed.D.

Senior Associate Consultant

Wilmon A. Christian III is a Senior Associate Consultant with iD. He focuses on issues of workplace identity and affinity as well as employee engagement and retention. Dr. Christian also serves as Director of Workplace Equity at the University of Southern California Race and Equity Center. He is a 2020-2021 recipient of the Rossier School of Education Dissertation of the Year Award for his doctoral research on the workplace experiences of Black postsecondary employees. His scholarship includes several book chapters and articles about racial equity and strategically improving workplaces. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University, a Masters of Education from Pennsylvania State University, and a doctorate from the University of Southern California.
